Small Bead Winding

A creative activity that lets children explore colours and make their own designs.

How to Play

Set up a work area and present the available materials. Let the child choose colours or a pattern and create their own design. They can copy a simple example first and then adapt it, describing their choices and finished work.

Skills Through Play

Observation, experimentation, motor coordination, thinking and problem-solving, depending on how the product is used.

Play Together

A parent or caregiver can join in and simplify the activity or gradually increase the challenge based on the child’s response.
